Last updated: July 12, 2026 These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AMIGUTTI, including drops, accounts, receipts, package verification, marketplace listings, shipping, support, and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, opening an item, listing an item, using a receipt or package code, or otherwise using AMIGUTTI, you agree to these Terms and all policies shown on this page. Users must provide accurate account, contact, payment, and shipping information. Each account may use one mobile number, and a mobile number may not be reused across multiple active accounts. Public profile names, usernames, and account details may not impersonate AMIGUTTI, staff, support, admins, public figures, or other users, and may not include offensive, hateful, abusive, or misleading content. AMIGUTTI may pause, restrict, cancel, investigate, or correct any account, order, listing, receipt, shipment, or transaction when needed for fraud prevention, payment risk, shipping risk, inventory conflict, address risk, platform abuse, technical error, legal compliance, or operational safety. Product availability, drop timing, edition counts, rarity labels, star rolls, marketplace availability, shipping services, taxes, fees, and pricing may change until checkout is complete. A confirmed order is governed by the order details and policies shown at checkout. AMIGUTTI may update these Terms and policies from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated policies are published means the updated policies apply.

Last updated: July 12, 2026 All AMIGUTTI collectible purchases are final sale. AMIGUTTI does not accept customer-requested returns, exchanges, trade-backs, or buyer's-remorse cancellations after checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the item, drop, quantity, price, taxes, shipping method, shipping address, order total, and final sale notice before placing an order. If a customer no longer wants an item after purchase, the customer's remedy is to keep the item or use the AMIGUTTI marketplace when marketplace rules allow the item to be listed. AMIGUTTI does not take the item back just because the customer changed their mind, bought the wrong item, dislikes the roll, dislikes the rarity, dislikes the star rating, or no longer wants the collectible. No-return does not remove AMIGUTTI's right to fix genuine operational issues. AMIGUTTI may review payment failure, duplicate charge, fraud, inventory conflict, unfulfilled order, wrong-address risk, carrier problem, package mismatch, legal requirement, or AMIGUTTI-caused error. Any correction is decided by AMIGUTTI based on records, evidence, processor data, carrier data, warehouse data, and applicable law. False claims, chargeback abuse, payment abuse, package-code abuse, marketplace manipulation, or support abuse may lead to account restriction, order cancellation, listing removal, loss of marketplace privileges, or other enforcement.

Last updated: July 12, 2026 Customers must provide a complete and deliverable shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit information when applicable. AMIGUTTI may require address verification before checkout or fulfillment. AMIGUTTI uses private carrier services when available for the selected order flow. Shipping prices, carrier names, service names, labels, tracking numbers, and delivery estimates may depend on the destination address, selected service level, carrier validation, and provider availability. Delivery dates are estimates unless AMIGUTTI expressly states otherwise in writing. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, missed delivery attempts, building access issues, and tracking delays may happen after a label is created. If an address is incomplete, invalid, rejected by a carrier, or changed while an order is still eligible for editing, the order may be paused until the customer or admin corrects the address. If a new label is needed, AMIGUTTI may void, replace, or recreate the label when the shipping provider allows it. AMIGUTTI is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided address information. Support may require order ID, receipt code, tracking number, photos, package details, carrier records, or other evidence before reviewing a shipping issue.

Last updated: July 12, 2026 The AMIGUTTI marketplace is the customer path for selling an eligible item after purchase. Marketplace access is a platform feature, not a guaranteed buyback, refund, exchange, or liquidity promise. Users may list eligible owned items only when the item, account, receipt, package code, ownership record, and marketplace status allow listing. AMIGUTTI may remove, pause, deny, or restrict listings that are suspicious, inaccurate, abusive, incorrectly priced through error, connected to fraud risk, or not eligible for sale. Buyers and sellers must use AMIGUTTI checkout and platform messaging/support flows. Off-platform payment attempts, fake claims, package-code abuse, receipt manipulation, harassment, or marketplace manipulation may lead to enforcement. Marketplace orders may require payment confirmation, seller acceptance, shipping, warehouse or platform review, authentication, outbound delivery, and dispute-window completion before ownership, payout, or final status is released.

Last updated: July 12, 2026 AMIGUTTI collects information needed to run the service, including account details, email address, mobile number, profile name, username, shipping addresses, order history, marketplace activity, payment identifiers, receipts, package-code events, support messages, device/browser metadata, and operational audit records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe or the active payment processor and are not stored directly by AMIGUTTI. AMIGUTTI stores payment identifiers, payment status, dispute identifiers, and related records needed for receipts, reconciliation, support, and fraud prevention. Shipping information may be shared with carriers, shipping providers, warehouse operators, and support tools to quote rates, validate addresses, create labels, track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and complete fulfillment. AMIGUTTI does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, shipping providers, legal authorities when required, and transaction counterparties only when needed to operate the service, complete an order, enforce policies, or protect the platform. Users may contact support for reasonable help with account access, order history, shipping records, or privacy questions. AMIGUTTI may retain records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, and operational integrity.

Last updated: July 12, 2026 Each person must use accurate account information and must control the email address and mobile number connected to the account. Email/password accounts must verify the email inbox before the account is created. Google sign-in accounts must use a Google-confirmed email. Each account may have one mobile number. A mobile number may not be used to create or complete more than one active account unless AMIGUTTI support makes an operational correction. Public profile names and usernames must be clean, accurate, and non-misleading. Offensive words, hateful content, harassment, staff impersonation, brand impersonation, admin/support impersonation, and names designed to confuse customers are not allowed. AMIGUTTI may rename, suspend, restrict, merge, or remove accounts that violate identity rules, abuse signup, reuse phone numbers, evade enforcement, create duplicate accounts, or interfere with marketplace safety.

Last updated: July 12, 2026 For account, payment, shipping, receipt, package-code, marketplace, address, or delivery questions, contact AMIGUTTI support with your account email, order ID, receipt code, tracking number, package code, screenshots, and photos when relevant. Support decisions may require review of Stripe/payment data, carrier records, provider logs, warehouse records, account history, package-code records, and user-submitted evidence. AMIGUTTI may deny requests that conflict with the final sale policy, lack evidence, appear abusive, attempt to bypass marketplace rules, or involve false or misleading claims. Nothing in these policies limits any non-waivable rights a customer may have under applicable law.
