Terms of Service

Last updated May 22, 2026

Last updated: April 29, 2026 These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Amisus Originals, including drops, user accounts, marketplace listings, receipts, QR/package verification, evolution, and atelier creation services. By creating an account, placing an order, listing an item, opening an item, submitting an item for authentication, or using any Amisus service, you agree to follow these terms and all posted policies. Users must provide accurate account, payment, shipping, and contact information. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under their account. Amisus may pause, cancel, investigate, or restrict transactions when needed to prevent fraud, policy abuse, payment risk, shipping risk, authentication issues, or operational errors. Product availability, prices, fees, edition counts, rarity labels, shipping costs, and service availability may change before checkout is completed. Confirmed orders are governed by the order details and policies shown at checkout. Amisus may update these terms. Continued use of the service after publication of updated terms means the updated terms apply.
Privacy Policy

Last updated May 22, 2026

Last updated: April 29, 2026 Amisus collects account information, contact information, shipping addresses, payment-related identifiers, order history, marketplace activity, QR/package scan records, support messages, device/browser metadata, and operational audit records. Payment card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored directly by Amisus. Amisus stores Stripe payment identifiers, dispute identifiers, and payment event records needed to operate receipts, reconciliation, and support. Shipping information may be shared with carriers, shipping API providers, warehouse operators, and support providers to create labels, track delivery, resolve shipping issues, and complete fulfillment. Amisus uses operational logs, audit logs, and readiness checks to protect the marketplace, investigate issues, maintain receipts, and improve reliability. Amisus does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, legal authorities when required, or transaction counterparties when necessary to complete a marketplace order. Users may contact support to request help with account access, order history, shipping records, or privacy questions.
Final Sale Policy

Last updated May 22, 2026

Last updated: April 29, 2026 Purchases are final sale. Amisus does not accept customer-requested returns, exchanges, or post-checkout reversals. Review item details, pricing, shipping information, edition information, and order totals before placing an order. If an order has a shipping, delivery, package-code, receipt, payment, or product issue, contact support with the order ID and supporting details so Amisus can review the record. Amisus may cancel an order before fulfillment when fraud review, payment failure, inventory conflict, address risk, shipping risk, or operational safety requires it. Users must not file false claims, payment abuse, or fraudulent disputes. Amisus may restrict accounts that abuse payment or support processes.
Shipping Policy

Last updated May 22, 2026

Last updated: April 29, 2026 Shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Marketplace sellers must ship using the required inbound flow and must provide the requested package and tracking information. Sellers are responsible for packing items securely and shipping within posted deadlines. Marketplace items may route through an Amisus warehouse or authentication checkpoint before shipment to the buyer. Warehouse receipt, authentication, outbound shipment, delivery confirmation, and final delivery status are tracked in the order record. Carrier tracking events may be delayed or incomplete. Amisus may manually review or update shipping records when carrier data, warehouse data, or support evidence requires correction. Buyers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Amisus is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete buyer-provided address information. Lost, stuck, damaged, returned, or disputed shipments may require carrier investigation, warehouse review, buyer/seller cooperation, and support documentation.
Marketplace Buyer Policy

Last updated May 22, 2026

Last updated: April 29, 2026 Marketplace buyers must pay the listed item price, applicable buyer handling fee, shipping charges, taxes, and any other checkout-disclosed amounts. After checkout, the item may remain locked while the seller accepts, ships, the warehouse receives the package, authentication is completed, outbound shipping is created, and delivery is confirmed. Buyers must not attempt to bypass marketplace checkout, pressure sellers into off-platform payment, misuse package codes, file false disputes, or abuse payment and chargeback systems. A buyer may open a support claim when an item is not received, appears inconsistent with the authenticated item, arrives damaged, or another policy issue exists. Unlock, ownership transfer, QR/package verification, and final receipt status may be delayed until payment, authentication, delivery, and dispute windows are complete.
Marketplace Seller Policy

Last updated May 22, 2026

Last updated: April 29, 2026 Marketplace sellers may list eligible owned items at prices they choose within platform rules. Listings must describe and represent the correct item. When an item sells, the seller must accept or deny the order within the posted seller acceptance deadline. If accepted, the seller must ship within the posted seller shipment deadline. Sellers must use the required inbound shipment process, pack items securely, and provide accurate tracking or package information. Late acceptance, late shipment, poor packaging, counterfeit items, QR/package mismatches, repeated cancellations, or failure to cooperate with authentication may result in warnings, strikes, bans, cancelled transactions, reversed payouts, or other enforcement. Seller payout is held until the transaction reaches the required final state. Payout may be reversed or withheld if the order is disputed, cancelled, fails authentication, or violates policy.
Authentication And Dispute Policy

Last updated May 22, 2026

Last updated: April 29, 2026 Amisus may inspect marketplace items for QR/package code consistency, edition details, condition, authenticity signals, shipping evidence, and other operational markers. If an item passes authentication, the order may continue to outbound shipping. If an item fails authentication, Amisus may cancel the order, restrict the seller, reverse payout, retain evidence, or require return handling. Buyers may file disputes for eligible issues such as non-delivery, damaged delivery, wrong item, authenticity concern, or package/receipt mismatch. Disputes may require photos, package details, tracking records, warehouse records, payment records, and user cooperation. Amisus may resolve disputes with seller payout, item return, dismissal, account enforcement, or another appropriate operational remedy. False, abusive, or fraudulent disputes may lead to account restriction.
Payout Timing Policy

Last updated May 22, 2026

Last updated: April 29, 2026 Marketplace seller payout is not released immediately after buyer checkout. Payout is held while seller acceptance, seller shipment, warehouse receipt, authentication, outbound shipment, delivery confirmation, and dispute windows are completed. Payout may be released only after the marketplace order reaches the required final state and no blocking dispute, authentication failure, shipping issue, or enforcement issue remains. Payout may be reversed or withheld when an order is cancelled, disputed, fails authentication, violates seller policy, or requires operational correction. Stripe transfer, payout, and bank settlement timing may vary based on payment processor, bank, risk review, holidays, and account status.
