Not in a drop: the piece and its rarity are a surprise. The marketplace shows the exact piece a collector is offering, so choose there when you want a particular one.

A sealed piece is still in its package, with its rarity hidden. Every package holds a private unlock code. Once it arrives, open Sealed in your collection and enter that code to reveal the piece and record it as yours. Keep the code private.

Its recorded rarity, edition, number, artwork and ownership history. Some pieces also carry special traits. Each drop’s details explain its actual rules and percentages.

Rarity is the tier: Common, Rare, Epic or Legendary. Serial is the piece’s number in its drop. Weight is the source strength recorded on the piece: it rises with rarity, doubles on a Shimmer, and is what a cut releases. Stars is a luck roll made when the piece is created; 4 or more earns a tag. Series marks a special number—Alpha is #1, Early is #2 and #3, Centum is every hundredth, Omega is the last. Shimmer is a rare luminous finish. Grail is a first-edition Epic or Legendary that also carries a Series mark.

Your order and receipt appear in your collection, and you follow its progress there. A marketplace purchase passes through seller and authentication steps before delivery; the order always shows the next one.

Market value comes from eligible completed sales of comparable pieces. If no qualifying sale exists, the displayed value falls back to retail. A listing price is what a seller asks; it is not proof of a sale or a promise of future value.

Sellers pay a 13% marketplace fee on the sale price (at least $5 and at most $30). Buyers pay a $4 handling fee per item, plus shipping and any sales tax. Every fee is shown before you confirm.

Garments are optional. Send two eligible pieces for inspection and permanent cutting; a confirmed cut generates material credits called Squares. A garment requires a specified number and type of Squares, with any additional price shown separately.

No. Squares stay in your collection until you use them, and they can only be used on garments: they cannot be sold, sent to another account, or exchanged for money.

We only cut pieces that match your order. If what we receive is different, damaged or incomplete, nothing is cut: your order pauses for review, your receipt shows the hold, and support contacts you about the next step.

Open any drop’s details before you reserve. They list how many pieces of each rarity the drop holds, the chance of each, and the chance of any special trait.

Open the order and contact support with your order reference. For a marketplace purchase, use Report a problem on the order after delivery and before you unlock the piece (within 48 hours of delivery). AMIGUTTI reviews and decides, and the seller payout is held while the review is open. Read the current terms for cancellation, authentication, shipping, and refund rules.
