Start with the essentials. Your collection and order pages keep the finer details close at hand.
Email SupportA drop is a limited release with its own theme, story, and possible rarities. One purchase gives you one numbered piece. Read the collection details before reserving.
With a drop, the item and its rarity are a surprise. The marketplace shows the exact item a collector is offering, so you can choose a particular piece there.
After your package arrives, open your collection and use the private code inside the package. Keep the code private: it is used to reveal or activate the item.
Its recorded rarity, edition, individual number, artwork, and ownership history. Some pieces also carry special traits. Each collection’s details explain its actual rules and percentages.
Your order and receipt appear in your account. Track its progress there. A marketplace purchase also passes through seller and authentication steps before delivery; your order shows the current next step.
Market value uses eligible completed sales for comparable items. If no qualifying sale exists, the displayed value falls back to retail. A listing price is what a seller asks; it is not proof of a sale or a promise of future value.
Garment creation is optional. Eligible original items can be sent for inspection and permanent cutting. Confirmed cuts generate material credits called Squares. A garment requires a specified number and type of Squares, with any additional price shown separately.
Open the order and contact support with your order reference. For a marketplace problem, use the dispute action when available. Read the current terms for cancellation, authentication, shipping, and refund rules.
Choose the collection. Let the piece surprise you.
View its story, price and rarity chances. You choose the collection, not the exact piece.
Sign in and reserve a piece. Review the full checkout total before paying; a reservation is only a temporary hold.
When the package arrives, open Sealed in your collection. Use the private code inside to reveal your piece.
Choose the exact numbered item. Follow every stage in your account.
Open Detail for the item’s identity and history. The card price is the seller’s asking price; checkout shows the full total.
After payment, the seller responds and sends the item to AMIGUTTI for authentication. Your order records the result and next step.
After a successful check, follow delivery in Marketplace orders. Use the package code when your order says it is ready.

Choose two eligible pieces from the same drop and rarity. Review the fees and permanent-cut decision before sending them.
After inspection and a confirmed cut, material credits called Squares enter your account. The original pieces are permanently retired.
Apply the required Squares, confirm the product details and review any additional charges. Follow production and delivery in Garment orders.
